  • As an IT project manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, from project initiation through final closeout.

What You'll Do:
  • Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion
  • Work closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • The project manager will also collaborate with other members of the PMO team to implement tools and processes to enable a high functioning, high impact, analytically driven IT organization
  • Responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s)
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status
  • Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Project management experience.
  • 2+ years of Project leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a comparable role.
  • 2+ years of subject-matter related professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure services and architecture
  • 2+ years of experience in Information security & data privacy as applicable in healthcare industry, or similar in another regulated industry
  • 2+ years of experience in IT systems in a quality regulated medical environment
  • 2+ years of experience in Current IT technologies and standards
  • 2+ years of experience with Lean, Agile and/or CCPM methodologies
What Sets You Apart:
  • Advanced communication skills (Both oral and written)
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software.
  • Ability to facilitate business process and value stream mapping sessions
  • Ability to facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and solutions
  • Project Management experience within large/complex business driven projects; PMP certification
  • Experience in working with C-level and senior leadership
  • Vendor/supplier management
  • ITIL Certification or process knowledge
  • Experience with Monday.com.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Workday or similar ERP/HCM systems.
  • Experience supporting global teams or working across multiple time zones.
  • Prior experience in program management environments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/people skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Basic PC/computer proficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and communicate upward to leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills.
