Market Communications Specialist

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Remote)
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment (6 Months with conversion to Direct)

Acara Solutions is seeking a Market Communications Specialist to support partner marketing programs, campaign execution, communications, and marketing operations for a global organization within the manufacturing and industrial technology space.

This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys bringing programs to life, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with internal marketing, sales, and business teams to support partner engagement, events, campaigns, and communication strategies.

• Support the execution of partner marketing programs and operational activities under the guidance of the Partner Marketing team.
• Coordinate logistics and marketing support for industry events, conferences, webinars, and partner activities.
• Assist with the development, launch, and execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Build and manage campaign packages within marketing platforms while helping create repeatable processes.
• Maintain and organize partner marketing content within enablement and content management platforms.
• Support recurring partner communications, including newsletters, partner updates, and sponsor portal content.
• Coordinate recurring marketing meetings, including scheduling, communications, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, action items, and deadlines across multiple marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Support webinar coordination, content updates, campaign launches, and additional marketing projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, simplify execution, and increase efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 years of experience supporting B2B marketing programs, marketing operations, field marketing, communications, or campaign execution.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, webinars, or communications initiatives.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, content management tools, or sales enablement platforms.
• Experience using Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms.
• Background supporting partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing initiatives.
• Experience coordinating projects within a global organization.

• Remote position with occasional travel requirements (approximately 10%).
• Flexible schedule; must be available for required meetings and maintain a 40-hour work week commitment.
• Assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months with potential extension and/or conversion opportunities.
• Selected candidates will be required to complete a background check prior to employment.
