For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $5,000 Sign on bonus for Behavioral Health Crisis Response Workers!

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 3 months separation from employment. Bonuses may be prorated based on schedule.

We are looking to grow our Emergency Department Services Crisis Response team with either a Crisis Response Worker or a Crisis Response Licensed Clinician!

Summary:
The Crisis Response Worker I role functions in crisis capacities to connect clients with the appropriate level of care, providing immediate triage and access to crisis assessment, and assisting and making connections to the appropriate outpatient services when clinical and financial eligibility requirements are met.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Associate's Degree in a related field from an accredited program required. Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) MHRT/CSP certification required or must be conferred within three months of start date. Valid Driver's License required.
3. Experience: One year of experience working with client population to which this role is assigned required. Prior experience with the chronically mentally ill population preferred.

The pay range for this position is $21.97to $29.28 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
