Fee Based Associate Hybrid Role in St. Petersburg, FL Description: * Under general supervision, use skills obtained through experience and training to reconcile account activity between multiple sources. * Reviews standard issues, analyzes and interprets data and determines appropriate corrective action. * Supports and complies with established policies and procedures. * Reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness. * Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion. * Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. * * Required Skills: * 2+ years customer service * Past accounting/reconciliation experience * Financial Services Industry experience * MS Office Experience * Adobe Skills * Able to calculate basic equations and enter financial data accurately.
