Job Description




Allied Universal is hiring a Director of Enterprise Accounts, Healthcare. The Director of Enterprise Accounts- Healthcare is an internal and external point of contact for operational expertise and knowledge, regarding Enterprise Accounts. As an Operations expert, the Director primarily focuses on supporting the Enterprise Accounts Operations for a large healthcare client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Leadership role responsible for understanding and collecting data, including but not limited to, Armed Services, licenses, fire protection, risk evaluation, safety, technology, wage collection specifications, and unique Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements
  • Partners with the appropriate corporate functions to educate and gather accurate information to ensure alignment with Allied Universal's vision and initiatives (Legal, Risk Management, Safety, Billing, Pricing, Procurement, Human Resources, Benefits, Information Technology)
  • Takes lead with the Portfolio teams Branch operations, and corporate support departments on operational and business development related projects (training, new technology implementation, metrics, etc.)
  • Consults, educates, and provide recommendations to the Enterprise Accounts team by utilizing their operational expertise and experience
  • Analyzes data, makes recommendations to improve current portfolio processes, performance, and financial state of account (WinTeam, DOMO, P&L, Wage Reviews/ERI, etc.)
  • Attends project meetings with existing and prospective Enterprise Accounts clients as part of the on-going relationship building process
  • Assist and support Enterprise Account Vice President with other duties and responsibilities as needed
  • Monthly travel 50%-75% based in company and client needs

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with a least three (3) years of management experience in a high -workforce environment or service industry
    • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry
    • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry
  • Minimum of four (4) years of account management experience driving customer solutions
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience driving operational and financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumen
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple branches and support departments to creatively support client's satisfaction
  • Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
  • Demonstrated initiative, adept at handling multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business
  • Proficient in web-based applications and computer systems Including Microsoft Office and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Ability to successfully partner with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze, and solve problems for continuous improvement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Military veteran, law enforcement, or contract or proprietary security services experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Pay Rate:$85,000 to $112,000 per year
  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance

  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law
