  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Currently live in the United States, and be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours


About the Role

Are you a visionary Product Manager passionate about driving significant change and optimizing complex workflows? We are seeking a dynamic Product Management Professional to lead critical initiatives within an Agile/SAFe environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing core solutions built on advanced workflow automation platforms. This is an incredible opportunity to provide product leadership, drive workflow transformation, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure the continuous evolution of essential business functions. Your expertise will be key to delivering impactful solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



  • Define, own, and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product requirements.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and quality assurance teams to drive successful delivery.
  • Lead workflow modernization efforts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, scalability, and user experience through advanced workflow automation solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and Program Increment planning.
  • Ensure traceability from business requirements through delivery, testing, demonstrations, and release activities.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing, stakeholder reviews, and formal acceptance of delivered capabilities.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and change management activities to support successful adoption.


What You'll Bring



  • Proven Product Manager or Product Owner experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Strong expertise in advanced workflow automation platforms, including workflow design, process automation, and backlog management.
  • Experience leading business process modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience operating in large, complex, and regulated environments; healthcare and workflow experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic product planning with day-to-day execution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.65 - $55.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
