Job Title: Recruiter

Location: St. Petersburg, FL

Employment: Temporary (3 months)

Industry: Manufacturing

Compensation: $ 60-$80/k - (this is an hourly position 28/hr. -38/hr.)

Schedule: 40 hours /week

About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our HR team during a period of significant growth.
This role will help manage a high volume of open requisitions, strengthen candidate pipelines, and ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across all sites.

What You'll Do:

Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.
Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.
Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews.
Extends offers and negotiates compensation.
Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.
Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
