Winston-Salem State University ( WSSU) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager for Mental Health to join our team. This vital role focuses on students' holistic growth and development through support, empowerment, and education. By offering comprehensive support and resources, the Case Manager for Mental Health enhances the student experience within the university community.

The Case Manager assists students in navigating difficult life events, engages in care management planning, crisis situations, and assists on challenges that may impact their ability to be successful. This position provides case management support, including interventions, referrals, and follow-up services, for all cases and especially those of increased complexity. The Case Manager for Mental Health at Winston-Salem State University cultivates the holistic growth and development of students through resilience, empowerment, and education. The selected candidate will be a driving force for students, families, and community members, and collaborates with campus and community partners to holistically support students.

Master's degree in mental health related program or adjacent field of study relevant to case management and support for students with mental health challenges. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Our agency supports second-chance employment for individuals who were previously incarcerated, or Justice-involved. We invite all potential applicants to apply for positions for Which they may be qualified.
