Job Title: Commercial Labeling Project Management ContractorMax Bill Rate: $85/hourPosition SummaryThe Commercial Labeling Contractor supports the execution of labeling activities, including artwork workflows, supporting documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures timely, compliant delivery of labeling updates while maintaining inspection readiness and supporting global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end labeling workflows, including form data entry, routing, reviews, and approvals (e.g., Veeva Vault)Coordinate label artwork development cycles, including proof review, comment consolidation, and final approvalsTrack and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiativesPartner with print vendors to manage artwork proofs and revisionsPerform detailed proofreading and quality checks using tools such as Acrobat and GlobalVisionSupport change implementation, including obsolescence tracking and phase-in/phase-out coordinationMaintain labeling documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and global stakeholdersProactively identify risks, manage issues, and escalate delays or concerns as neededMaintain trackers and provide status updates to ensure visibility to timelines and deliverablesRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech labeling, regulatory operations, or supply chainExperience managing labeling workflows, artwork reviews, and approval processesFamiliarity with Veeva Vault or similar systemsExperience with Adobe Acrobat and proofreading tools (e.g., GlobalVision)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail with a strong quality and compliance mindsetAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, regulated environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience within a highly regulated GXP environmentFamiliarity with global labeling requirements and multi-region coordinationNice-To-Have, but not requiredExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with BarTender (barcode management)Experience working with print vendors and packaging componentsKey CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyProactive risk identification and escalationEffective cross-functional communicationStrong organizational and tracking disciplineAbility to work across global teams and time zones Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Onsite Offsite Offsite
