Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist I

Location: Clayton, NC Remote - preference will be given to local candidates

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)

Shift: Flex around business hours 9-5

Note:

Positions are REMOTE, however the manager has a strong preference to individuals that are local and can get to the site at least 3 days a week.

All candidates MUST have pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.

Job Summary:

  • The organization has an opportunity for a contingent Senior Recruiter to act as consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of the business goals as it relates to "go-to-market" and acquisition strategies.
  • The key focus of this position will be to provide overall recruitment for the supporting the North America Organization at organization, requisition management and client management.
  • The Sr. Specialist TA is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organization.
  • You will partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies to develop TA strategies aligned with position, skill, and long-term requirements of the business, resulting in the achievement of key objectives (e.g. time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction).



Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruitment focus is on the Global Manufacturing Supply business (or as assigned).
  • Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
  • Additional job duties include pre-screening candidates, partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
  • Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
  • Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and company policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
  • Will facilitate candidate review meetings and capture feedback to ensure overall compliance.
  • Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.



Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience and at least 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Must project a good business presence and have the ability to instill confidence in clients and to deliver results.
  • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent
  • Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience
  • Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues
  • Demonstrated ability to function in an environment of multiple changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superb communication skills.
  • Experience forecasting headcount needs/workforce planning
  • Experience in advanced internet recruitment/sourcing
  • Functional assessment experience/knowledge required
  • Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Commercial Recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar)
