Job Title: IT Project Manager Location(s): LasVegas, NV (Remote) Position Summary We are seeking two experienced IT Project Managers to lead strategic IT initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environment. These are fully remote positions supporting business transformation projects from initiation through completion. One position includes occasional domestic and international travel, while the second position is fully remote without travel requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills who can successfully manage multiple priorities across business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of IT projects from initiation through project closeout.
- Develop project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and cross-functional teams.
- Manage project cost, schedule, quality, risks, and technical performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, vendors, logistics, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to leadership, PMO, and stakeholders.
- Identify project issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with PMO leadership to improve project management tools, governance, and processes.
- Facilitate business process workshops, requirements gathering, and value stream mapping sessions.
- Analyze project risks, dependencies, and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable project management role.
- Minimum 2 years of related subject matter experience.
- Demonstrated project management and project leadership experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience communicating with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Workday or similar ERP/HCM platforms.
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
- Program management experience.
- Experience facilitating business process improvement workshops.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Knowledge of information security and data privacy practices.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar environments.
- Working knowledge of Lean, Agile, or Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies.
- Vendor and supplier management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge preferred.
- Experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership.
Work Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States.
- Standard business hours approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility.
- Preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
