Team Lead, Clinical Services Training - School of Social Work

Plan and deliver web-based
training, including questions and answers, and on-site trainings statewide
for:

* The IM+CANS assessment and treatment
planning tool, including related components and topics necessary to support
effective use of the tool.
* The I-CAT and Crisis Safety Plan (CSP),
including related components and topics necessary to support effective use of
the tools.
* Newly launched Medicaid services,
specifically clinical and related services, to support providers in
successful development, implementation and analysis.

Develop and deliver on-site
and web-based trainings on the intermediate and advanced use of clinical and
intervention skills including IM+CANS, care planning and linkage for children
and families.
* Provide feedback to Clinical Services
Coordinator and Workforce Development Team as a Subject Matter Expert on new
services.
* Support IM+CANS and I-CAT implementation
efforts to inform future curriculum development and statewide support
strategies.

Using a variety of training,
coaching and transfer of learning methodologies, engage with
Medicaid-enrolled providers through in-person and web-based formats to:
* Assess agency-specific challenges and
develop strategies to support effective implementation, accurate use of
clinical tools, planning and analysis.
* Work in conjunction with the Clinical
Services Training Coordinator and PATH leadership team to support providers
compliance with service and implementation policy.

Provides leadership,
mentorship, and implementation support to Clinical Services Training
Specialists.
* Conduct observations and complete
evaluation documentation for Clinical Services Training Specialist's during
Mock practice sessions and quarterly reviews as needed.
* Schedule, track attendance for, and lead
mock sessions to support staff practice and delivery of curriculum content.
* Participate in interviews, provide
feedback, and evaluate candidates for Clinical Services Specialists
positions.
* Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and
the ability to prioritize based on evolving program needs and changes.
Facilitate collaboration and communication
with Clinical Services Training Coordinator:
* Assist with staff professional development
and collaborates with Clinical Services Training Coordinator to develop
related content and materials.
* Collaborates with other PATH team members
on projects as needed.
* Reports any staff concerns and identify
needed content changes to support quality and accuracy of curriculum and
training materials.

Other duties as assigned.
* Conduct analysis of training
effectiveness, as needed.
* Ensure training activities are grounded in
Systems of Care (SoC) principles.
* Travel several days per week, as
necessary, in order to effectuate trainings.

Master's degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university. One (1) to three (3) years of Behavioral Health Services (Clinical) experience. One (1) year of IM+CANS training experience. Illinois clinical licensure. LPHA status pursuant to 89 ILAC 140.453. IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire.

Experience working with CSPI, CANS, ANSA, FAST or TCOM. Training Experience.

Self-motivated and able to work semi-independently to train peers in assessment and care planning. Possess a working knowledge of change management strategies, established training, coaching and transfer of learning methodologies, case study and clinical case presentation methodologies, established evidence-informed child behavioral health practices and clinical interventions, the impact of trauma on the child and family system, child and adolescent development, issues related to diagnosis and co-morbidity, and other behavioral health issues.
