The Manager, Office Administration & Tribal Career Programs is a multifaceted role that provides critical support to the Board of Directors, oversees daily office operations in the Cordova location, and leads community engagement activities for the Tribal Career Exploration Program. This position serves as a key administrative resource to the Board by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, managing communication, and arranging travel and expense-related activities. Additionally, the role ensures smooth and professional office functioning while building strong, positive relationships with tribal members, community partners, and internal stakeholders. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This is a fulltime position located in Cordova, AK, offering a salary range of $55,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience, and includes fulltime benefits.
