Position Details: Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training Must have completed all MA Competencies Certification: Must actively maintain MA certification. Caregivers must actively maintain their certification, or they will be transitioned to the Medical Assistant title. Caregivers can be hired as a Certified Medical Assistant if they are a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience: One year of applicable patient care experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting. * Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program Physical Requirements: * Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. * Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. * Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
