Senior L&D Partner

About the Role:

The Learning & Development Partner designs and delivers learning experiences that make Dragos leaders more effective. Reporting to the VP of Talent Strategy, this role owns the build and execution of leadership and manager development programs as we scale, and serves as the operational owner of our learning management system.

This is a builder role.We are building the L&Dplaybook to follow. You will work closely with the VP of Talent Strategy on program strategy, then own the design, content development, facilitation, and tooling that bring it to life. The person who thrives here is highly autonomous, brings real credibility with leaders, and knows from firsthand experience what managers actually need.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver leadership and manager development programs, with an initial focus on building practical skills in areas like performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness.
• Own the learning management systemfor talent strategyend-to-end: platform configuration, content organization, user experience, and ongoing administration.
• Develop high-quality learning content across formats including facilitated sessions, self-paced modules, toolkits, frameworks, and templatesthat managers can put to use immediately.
• Partnercloselywith People Business Partnersto identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions that are grounded in how the business actually operates.Use a train-the-trainer approach to leverage PBPs' established trust and relationships in their embedded departments.
• Build and manage vendor and facilitator relationships where external expertise adds value.
• Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and use data to continuously improve.
• Contribute to the broader talent strategy by bringing L&D perspective to how we attract, develop, and retain talent at Dragos.
• Embrace and leverageAI tools to improve the quality, speed, and reach of learning content and delivery.

Qualifications:

• A track record of designing and delivering leadership or manager development programs.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability toengageleadersof all levelsin a learning environment.
• Experience owning or administering a learning management system.
• The ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong content development skills, with a high bar for quality and relevance.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you need to build and iterate quickly.
  
• Experience in a technology, cybersecurity, or high-growth company environment.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and how to apply them at scale.
• Experience as a people manager, which gives you genuine insight into what leaders need and the credibility when building and presenting content to them, preferred.
• Experiencehelping to build an L&D function or a specific capability from scratch, preferred.
• Experience with Absorb LMS, preferred.
• Instructional design credentials or formal L&D training, preferred.
• Experience supporting or partnering with a People Business Partner team, preferred.
