Location: Ball Ground, GA

Pay Rate: $30.50 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule Details:

• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $30.50/hr. | $0.50/hr. increase after 90 days
• 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $31/hr.
• Will be required to work one half day per month on a Saturday. Schedule is provided well in advance.

Job Duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues using testing and diagnostic tools.
• Repair, adjust, and replace components to maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Partner with operations and production teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training, trade school certification, or related maintenance education preferred.
• Additional training in electrical systems, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing technology is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of 3-phase power, electrical controls, sensors, relays, motors, and wiring systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, including multimeters and electrical testing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with production teams.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work safely around moving machinery and industrial equipment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production demands.
