Overview
The Chief of Staff with our AI Experiences team is a trusted strategic advisor and operational leader, partnering closely with the CVP of Engineering and partnering across the leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, business rigor, and execution excellence. Operating at the intersection of strategy, business operations, and leadership effectiveness, this role translates priorities into scalable operating mechanisms, governance models, andmeasurable outcomes. The role leads the organization's rhythm of business, policy development, budget and resource planning, and operational integration across a complex and evolving engineering organization. As a key partner to senior leadersacross theorg,theChief of Staff drives alignment, enables informed decision-making, and ensures execution against strategic priorities. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, and influence across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful and collaborative, with strong business and financial acumen, the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, anda track recordof helping leaders evaluate tradeoffs, prioritize investments, and focus resources where they deliver the greatest impact. Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
