Full-Time \| Day Shift: 7:00 AM3:30 PM $21.54$25.31/hour New Hire Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000! 1435 SE 8th Terrace, Cape Coral, FL 33990 What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, you'll be a key member of our care team, working alongside physicians and physician assistants to create a welcoming, safe, and exceptional patient experience. You'll have the opportunity to: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing Collect and process laboratory specimens Assist physicians and physician assistants with minor procedures Assist with medication administration under appropriate supervision Accurately collect, communicate, and document patient information Maintain accurate and timely medical records Provide patients with instructions and education Prepare and maintain safe, clean, and efficient patient care areas Coordinate prescription and information requests Work collaboratively with a dedicated healthcare team What We're Looking For Education High School Diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred Experience Medical Assistant experience preferred Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! One year of Medical Assistant experience in a physician's office or hospital outpatient setting may be accepted in lieu of completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program Certifications CMA, CCMA, or RMA preferred BLS required within 90 days of hire Additional Skills Knowledge of medical terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Commitment to excellent patient care and teamwork Your Next Opportunity Starts Here!
