Job Summary Join a collaborative outpatient care team where your nursing expertise will make a meaningful difference every day. We are currently hiring a part-time Anticoagulation Registered Nurse to support patients through education, assessment, medication management, and compassionate follow-up care in a dynamic ambulatory setting.Schedule and Location This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position based on site at 19 Old Rollinsford Road in Dover. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with two 8-hour days and one 4-hour day. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys patient education, care coordination, and working closely with providers and clinical teams to support positive outcomes. What You'll Do *Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in an outpatient setting. *Assess patients, support care planning, and help ensure safe and effective anticoagulation management. *Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, follow-up care, and safety considerations. *Collaborate with providers and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. *Administer medications, support IV therapy when needed, and maintain accurate patient records. *Uphold infection control standards and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
