Title:Learning and Development Specialist POSITION CONCEPT The Learning and Development Specialist supports the day-to-day administration and operation of the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS). Maintains accurate learning records, processes assignments and registrations, publishes and tests digital learning content, runs standard reports, resolves routine user issues, and follows established governance, security, and quality standards. Works with internal customers and system partners to provide a reliable, user-friendly learning experience across company affiliates. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES LMS Administration, Operations & User Support (80%)
Content Hosting, Testing & Technical Publishing (20%)
RELATIONSHIPS Internal: L&OE team, HR, HRIS, Technology, Compliance, Functional Training Departments, People Leaders, SMEs, Communications, and Program Managers External: L&OE vendors, LMS vendor support, content providers, and technology service providers QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field. EXPERIENCE Required: 3 years of experience supporting or administering a learning management system or comparable technology platform. Preferred: Experience with Saba Cloud/Cornerstone Saba or a comparable learning management system. Experience supporting learning systems or digital content in a regulated environment. Experience publishing or developing digital learning content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or a comparable authoring tool. Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or AICC. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Required: Proficiency in standard reporting, and routine technical troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail, customer service, organization, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow documented processes, protect confidential information, manage competing deadlines, and work effectively with users and partners. Working knowledge of Excel and digital accessibility basics. OUR COMPETENCIES
