In this detail-oriented role, you'll update prices, maintain pricing accuracy, and support merchandising efforts throughout the store. Position Details Part-time position Up to 32 hours per week Typically scheduled 3 to 4 days per week Weekly pay Starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour Typical Schedule: Wednesday: 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Additional shifts begin at 5:00 AM Why You'll Love Working Here Weekly pay Team member discount Flexible part-time scheduling Opportunities for advancement Paid education assistance 401(k) with company contributions Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible team members Supportive team environment What You'll Do Execute weekly and daily price changes throughout the store Ensure shelf tags, signs, and promotional pricing are accurate Verify pricing information using store technology and handheld devices Audit and maintain pricing integrity to support an excellent customer experience Replace signs, labels, and promotional materials as needed Assist with merchandising projects and store resets Work independently to complete assignments accurately and on time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support other store operations as business needs require What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong organizational skills Basic technology skills and willingness to learn store systems Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work early morning and overnight hours Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift Previous retail, merchandising, pricing, or inventory experience is helpful but not required The Right Candidate We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, notices the details others miss, and takes pride in doing quality work.
