Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data Job Summary: Provides a variety of clerical & administrative support which may include drafting & typing letters, reports, charts, graphs, etc. using word processing, spreadsheet, database, &/or presentation software; basic bookkeeping; screening calls & visitors; preparing agendas & making arrangements including travel, etc. for meetings & special events; &/or managing supervisor's &/or dept calendar. The Program Assistant provides administrative support to a portfolio of related graduate programs within the McCormick Office of Professional Education (OPE). Program Assistant provides student and faculty program support to approximately 250 professional graduate students and 50-70 instructors across a group of related graduate programs. This position primarily supports the MS Product Design and Development Program. This is a hybrid position (3 days in Evanston office + 2 days remote) Specific Responsibilities: Documents & Databases
