Supplier Quality Engineer

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Pay Rate: Up to $56.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier quality improvement, validation, and change management initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong problem-solving skills, manufacturing experience, and a background in quality systems and process validation.

Key Responsibilities



  • Review and improve supplier process risk assessments, including PFMEA documentation.
  • Support validation activities, including process, inspection, and quality-related validations.
  • Lead change management efforts to address identified process and documentation gaps.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Analyze data and utilize problem-solving methodologies to improve product quality and process performance.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, quality, supplier quality, process engineering, or validation experience.
  • Experience with change management, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Supplier quality or supply chain experience.
  • Medical device, highly regulated manufacturing, or quality systems experience.
  • Experience with IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, or process validation methodologies.
