This role involves close collaboration with product management and leadership to support comprehensive analytics across diverse marketing programs, experimentation efforts, and overall site performance. You will be instrumental in evaluating web projects, running and interpreting experiments, and conducting deep-dive investigations to uncover critical insights.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate the impact of web projects (cross-team initiatives)-both proactively and in response to stakeholder requests.
• Design, run, and evaluate web experiments using various experimentation platforms.
• Utilize behavioral analytics tools to assess the impact of web design on user engagement and usability.
• Leverage behavioral analytics and business intelligence tools to answer ad-hoc questions about user behavior, funnel performance, and marketing program impact.
• Produce comprehensive monthly reporting on web engagement, including session patterns, behavioral insights, and page-level trends.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketers to clarify complex analytics questions and translate them into structured analyses.
• Support page-level and flow-level investigations to identify issues or opportunities across the platform's purchase and conversion paths.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years experience in web analytics and/or marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies-including experiment design, implementation, and results interpretation-with a strong understanding of statistical concepts such as power, significance, and confidence intervals.
• Advanced spreadsheet software skills, including pivot tables, data lookup functions, and data manipulation for analysis.
• Experience with web analytics platforms for tracking, reporting, and interpreting user behavior and performance metrics.
• Ability to take ambiguous or loosely framed questions and refine them into structured analytical approaches.
• Strong communication skills, especially the ability to distill findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting marketing teams, growth teams, or web teams in understanding performance.
• Comfort context-switching across multiple stakeholders and incoming requests.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools.
• Proficiency with structured query language (SQL) and comfort querying large datasets.
• Experience with experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Understanding of SEO analytics, documentation analytics, or logged-in behavior measurement.
• Experience with developer-focused products.
