Job Summary: The purpose of thePharmacy Medication History Technician Iis to prepares complete medication histories for patients. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records. Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.

Hours:

-Casual / On-Call; Rotating Shifts, 8 hour day/evening shifts (Hours are based on operational needs)

Location: Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital,St. Petersburg FL

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
• PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.
• Must have the availability to train (training can be flexible)
