Business Process Analyst (BPA)

The Business Process Analyst will analyze, document, and improve business processes while supporting strategic organizational initiatives. This role will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify process gaps, evaluate operational performance, develop improvement recommendations, and support implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analyst and process improvement experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, documentation reviews, and data analysis.
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and root causes.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps and workflows.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, business requirements, and related materials.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies to identify and recommend practical, sustainable improvements.
  • Support strategic initiatives from planning and analysis through implementation and completion.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, action items, performance measures, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process improvement sessions.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Support change management, implementation, and process sustainment activities.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, deliverables, and recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries, presentations, business requirements, and other leadership-facing documentation.
  • Analyze information and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities and complete assigned deliverables within established timelines.
  • Provide ongoing support for transformation and organizational improvement initiatives.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Hybrid (3 to 4 days in office)
