Are you a meticulous and analytical professional with a passion for optimizing business operations? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a critical team focused on maintaining and enhancing the operational backbone of our client's business. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the correct alignment of client portfolios, segments, and organizational data, directly impacting the efficiency and accuracy of business processes. You'll be at the heart of high-volume change management, processing crucial updates and corrections that keep the business running smoothly and effectively. Your contributions will directly support internal stakeholders, enabling them to manage their business accounts with precision and confidence.

What You'll Do



  • Handle high-volume change management, including client portfolio updates, personnel changes, leave of absence processing, and related data correction work.
  • Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
  • Approve project and work breakdown structures.
  • Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
  • Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets.
  • Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
  • Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client, and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
  • Prepare sub-agreements and review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contract compliance.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity software, including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
