Job Summary Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | 22 Atwood Drive, Northampton, MAJoin Mass General Brigham as a Medical Assistant supporting our Endocrinology and Diabetes practice in Northampton. In this full-time, onsite role, you'll be an essential partner to providers, nurses, patients, and families-helping deliver thoughtful, coordinated care in a collaborative outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Medical Assistant who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and wants to contribute meaningfully to patient care every day. Why This Role Is Unique As a Medical Assistant in this practice, you will work as a true clinical partner and have the opportunity to use the full scope of your education, certification, and experience. You'll rotate among a team of providers, gaining exposure to a range of patient needs while helping keep each visit organized, efficient, and patient-centered. What You'll Do *Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice. *Room patients and assist providers during examinations, procedures, treatments, and office visits as directed. *Perform clinically appropriate patient panel management tasks, including phone calls, test results, prescription refill support, and coordination of care. *Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas. *Communicate with patients and families in a professional, compassionate, and friendly manner. *Partner closely with nurses, providers, and administrative team members to support a positive patient experience.
