About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:

The Video Revenue Operations Analyst plays a key role in the pre/post sale of digital video advertising campaigns, ensuring People Inc. wins business, maximizes yield, and meets/exceeds clients' goals. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day video ad operations, including inventory forecasting, pricing and margin review, product solutions, campaign pacing, key performance indicator optimizations, and post-campaign analysis. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and demonstrates excellent analytical and written communication skills. Experience with digital/web video advertising is a plus.

Schedule Requirements:

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Video Revenue Operations partners with Sales, Account Strategy, and Ad Operations to develop feasible proposals, execute campaigns, and use performance data to improve results.

About The Position's Contributions:

  • Review video media plans for inventory availability, product fit, pricing, performance goals, and expected margin.
  • Forecast available video inventory and identify delivery risks or opportunities before proposals are finalized.
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize efficiently throughout the lifecycle of the advertisement to meet both Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and benchmarks (including viewability and brand safety where appropriate)

  • Partner with Sales and Account Strategy to develop video proposals that align product capabilities, available scale, budgets, and client goals.
  • Coordinate post-sale video activation with Ad Operations and other partners, confirming campaign setup and resolving launch or delivery issues.
  • Prepare clear campaign reporting, performance insights, and post-campaign analysis for internal teams and clients; support monthly billing reconciliation.

  • Partner with syndication vendors on DDM video content feeds, site list reviews, and campaign execution & performance deliverables.
  • Maintain working knowledge of video products, ad serving, measurement, and key campaign metrics; document findings and share improvements with the team.

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience

Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in digital advertising, media, analytics, marketing, or the ad tech space

  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify issues, and explain practical recommendations clearly.

  • Data Reporting - Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, etc.
  • Digital Ad Servers - Google Ad Manager, DV360, etc.
  • Sales Support Systems - Boostr, Salesforce, etc.
  • Digital Ad Campaign Management Reporting Tools - IAS, Double Verify, Innovid, etc.
