Description IS Applications Security Analyst - Remote The Epic Security Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Epic security, user, and provider records to ensure caregivers have appropriate access to perform their responsibilities while maintaining compliance with organizational, privacy, and regulatory requirements. This role manages role-based security provisioning, user and provider onboarding, data imports, record maintenance, and access governance activities across Epic environments. The analyst serves as a key resource for Epic deployment, implementation, acquisition, and optimization projects, partnering with clinical, operational, application, and project teams to support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations. Additionally, the role collaborates with Identity and Access Management, the Service Desk, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues, improve processes, enhance automation and efficiency, maintain data integrity, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Builds and enhances effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of Providence St. Joseph Health and Services. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
