Position Summary
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will work on the standardization and integration of electronic health record (EHR) and imaging data in ophthalmology. The focus will be on standardizing to the OMOP common data model to support federated learning and data networks. The position will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with data and AI models at UIC as well as other sites in the OHDSI Eye Care and Vision Research workgroup. In addition, the Postdoc will be using the AI-READI dataset as a test set for the models and federated network.

    • PhD, MD, or equivalent terminal degree required
    • Informatics, data science, or computer science training and/or experience
