Patient Services Supervisor

Full-Time | Onsite | Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 - 4:30 p.m.

$65,000 - $75,000 per year. The actual hiring rate may vary based on several factors, including your previous work experience, educational background, certifications, the responsibilities of the position, and demonstrated performance. Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the front desk (patient registration/cashier) and records management.
  • Supervises reconciliation of cash bags daily with fee tickets and arranges for cash pick-up with cash management office.
  • Resolves patient inquiries, complaints, or concerns regarding accounts or interactions with staff.
  • Reviews and manages budget analysis.
  • Runs necessary reports for staff to complete responsibilities.
  • Communicates with patient management on operational status for scheduling appointments.
  • Reviews and manages merging of patient accounts in the clinical information system.
  • Reconciles monthly operations account, processes requests for records and subpoenas, and orders office supplies.
  • Supervises staff front office.
  • Other duties may be assigned or modified as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in a healthcare field or at least 5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
