Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts; overtime as needed
Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Structured Cabling Technician II is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting low-voltage cabling systems in commercial construction environments. This role performs structured cabling work while following project specifications, safety standards, and established installation practices. The technician will work at local project sites and must have reliable transportation, with occasional travel opportunities based on project needs.

Job Responsibilities

  Install, route, terminate, label, and test low-voltage and structured cabling systems.

  Perform cabling installations in commercial construction environments according to project specifications.

  Install and support cable pathways, racks, cabinets, and related infrastructure as required.

  Read and follow construction drawings, floor plans, work orders, and installation instructions.

  Troubleshoot cabling and connectivity issues and complete necessary repairs or corrections.
