As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in defining product strategy, identifying customer and business opportunities, and translating insights into innovative experiences. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact products that drive measurable customer and business outcomes. From vision and roadmap development through execution and iteration, you will own end-to-end product success.

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and long-term investment opportunities that deliver meaningful customer and business impact across AI-powered commerce experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Applied Science, Data Science, Design, and Product Marketing teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into innovative product experiences and technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from concept and requirements through launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
• Influence and align stakeholders across organizations, building consensus and driving decisions that accelerate product innovation at scale.
• Use customer insights, usability research, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the product experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution excellence to deliver impactful products used by customers worldwide.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging feedback and market insights to shape product direction and drive long-term success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+years experienceleading cross functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI
• 6+years experienceimproving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
• 5+years experiencewith data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python,Javascript).
• Depth inexperimentation and measurement(A/B testing, causal inference, learning outcomes, cohort analysis).

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
