Yoh has an immediate, 9 month contract opportunity, as an Digital Marketing Operations Specialist-Paid Media, Campaign Operations within the Entertainment and Music industry to join our client, Onsite, at their office in New York, New York *$30/hr. max hourly rate* Support paid media campaign operations by managing financial reconciliations, campaign readiness, data quality, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Media, and Finance teams. 40 hours, Mon-Friday, Day time hours. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983* What You Will Be Doing Working closely with Paid Media Strategists, Media Buyers, Finance/Accounting, and other cross-functional teams, this role will support campaign readiness, financial reconciliation, workflow management, and day-to-day paid media operations. . Support Paid Media financial operations, including monthly reconciliation, campaign spend validation, billing documentation, customer and vendor setup, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with Finance and Accounting. Support Media Buyers with campaign readiness tasks, including audience creation, pixel validation, creative organization, tracking verification, and platform access. Perform internal campaign reviews across baseline campaigns to ensure campaigns are set up accurately and required information is in place. Review incoming Premium campaign requests for completeness and operational readiness ahead of daily team planning. Validate campaign metadata, release information, payment methods, and required documentation, including Marketing Fund notes and Customer IDs. Identify missing assets, links, approvals, or campaign information and coordinate with Marketing teams and other stakeholders to resolve gaps ahead of campaign planning and launch. Maintain Airtable workflow accuracy by updating request statuses, validating records, monitoring operational exceptions, and ensuring campaigns progress through the workflow correctly. Coordinate operational requests across Paid Media, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, and other cross-functional teams. Help document and standardize operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Other duties as capacity allows Who You Are HS Diploma or GED required, college degree strongly preferred 2+ years of experience in ad operations, paid media, marketing operations, finance/billing operations, or a similar operational role, ideally within digital advertising, media, or marketing. Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads, with an understanding of campaign setup, audiences, creative requirements, tracking, and basic campaign metrics. Hands-on campaign buying experience is a plus, but not required. Experience supporting financial processes such as monthly reconciliation, spend validation, billing/accounting workflows, and budget tracking, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Experience managing workflows and data across tools such as Airtable, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, or database platforms, with strong attention to data and process accuracy. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify missing information, assets, approvals, or operational exceptions and proactively coordinate solutions across teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines while working effectively with Media, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, and other cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
