Senior Technology Sourcing Recruiter (Remote - U.S.)
Location: Remote (Continental United States) Pay Rate:$35-$42 hourly W2 Duration: 6 months contract Work Hours: Must be available during Eastern Time business hours Are you passionate about finding and engaging top technology talent? We are seeking a Senior Technology Sourcing Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent advisor and sourcing expert focused on identifying exceptional professionals across Cloud, Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, and Architecture disciplines. In this role, you will drive proactive talent strategies, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and provide valuable market intelligence that supports long-term workforce planning. What You'll Do: * Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top technology talent across Cloud, Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Architecture disciplines. * Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, with a focus on both active and passive candidates. * Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence research to identify target companies, key talent pools, and emerging technology skill sets. * Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand workforce plans and establish sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities. * Utilize advanced search techniques, social platforms, networking, referrals, and industry events to engage high-demand technical talent. * Perform initial candidate outreach, engagement, and qualification conversations to assess technical background, career motivations, and alignment with business needs. * Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging technology skills. * Partner with Diversity Strategy teams to develop diverse candidate pipelines and expand access to underrepresented technology talent. * Track and report sourcing activity, pipeline health, market insights, and candidate engagement metrics. * Continuously evaluate and recommend innovative sourcing tools, technologies, and practices to improve talent identification efforts. What You'll Bring: * 8+ years of technology sourcing and recruiting experience, with a strong focus on attracting talent in Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Architecture domains. * Bachelor's degree required. * Demonstrated success sourcing passive technology talent in highly competitive and niche markets. * Expertise in talent mapping, competitive intelligence, market research, and advanced sourcing methodologies. * Strong experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing analytics. * Deep understanding of technology skill sets, organizational structures, and talent trends across the technology landscape. * Ability to build credibility and influence hiring leaders through data-driven talent insights and market expertise. * Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
