Peraton is looking for a Business Process Analyst / Project Coordinator on our Voice Communications (VCS) program to support activities related to the implementation of new voice communications systems at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) air traffic control locations across the United States. This role will report to the VCS Workstream Manager and be responsible for coordinating and optimizing project activities, serving as a critical bridge between operational staff and management. The analyst will leverage data analysis, scheduling tools, and process improvement techniques to enhance scheduling efficiency, improve resource allocation, reduce operational bottlenecks, and streamline workflow coordination across teams. Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
