Now Hiring: Automotive Technician Location: Plano, TX Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00/hour Put your automotive skills to work with a leading vehicle service operation in Plano. We're seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fleet and company-owned vehicles. If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, working with advanced automotive technology, and delivering quality repairs, this opportunity offers competitive pay and hands-on experience with a wide range of vehicle systems. Job Duties Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, battery replacements, and preventive maintenance Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues Complete safety and emissions inspections Perform tire replacement and repair services Install accessories and complete pre-delivery inspections Execute service campaigns, software updates, and engine computer re-flashes Perform heavy-line repairs based on skill level and certification Accurately document repairs using industry-standard service procedures Support quality investigations and technical product evaluations as needed Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Service Technician Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and automotive systems ASE certifications or willingness to pursue ongoing technical training preferred Ability to work independently while managing multiple repair orders Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Join a team where your technical expertise is valued and your skills continue to grow.
