MAKE STRATEGY A REALITY | ACCELERATE YOUR GROWTH | CHOOSE YOUR PATH

As the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, we're helping businesses move from strategy to reality by taking a pragmatic and practical approach to build solutions that last.

We're seeking a Senior Experience Designer (Lead or Principal level) for an onsite-preferred assignment. 7-month assignment.

SUMMARY

As a Senior Experience Designer, you will combine experience design expertise with strategic thinking to shape and bring meaningful ideas to life. You will independently lead projects from early discovery and definition through concept development and delivery, working across business, design, technology, and data teams. Because the project scope is still being defined, you will be comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, identifying opportunities, and setting a clear design direction. You will also apply strong critical thinking, technology and data fluency, and familiarity with AI and data optimization to develop practical, user-centered experiences that support business goals.

YOU WILL:

  • Independently lead experience design projects from discovery and strategy through concept development, validation, and delivery.

  • Define the experience vision, design strategy, principles, and roadmap based on user needs and business priorities.

  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and collaborative design activities.

  • Translate research, business needs, data, and technical considerations into clear experience opportunities and design recommendations.

  • ?????Develop journey maps, service blueprints, experience frameworks, concepts, prototypes, and other design artifacts that bring ideas to life.

  • Use critical thinking to challenge assumptions, clarify complex problems, and identify practical paths forward.

  • Partner with product, technology, data, research, and business teams to create connected, feasible, and user-centered experiences.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI, analytics, and data optimization to improve experiences and inform design decisions.

  • ??????Communicate design strategy and recommendations through clear storytelling, presentations, and executive-ready materials.

  • Guide project teams, provide design leadership, and align stakeholders around decisions and next steps.

  • Adapt priorities and approach as the scope evolves while maintaining momentum, quality, and strategic alignment.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 8+ years of experience in experience design, UX, service design, product design, design strategy, or a related field, including experience operating at a Lead or Principal level.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex design projects and own outcomes from initial definition through delivery.

  • Strong experience design and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect user needs, business goals, technology, and data.

  • Expertise in human-centered design methods, experience strategy, journey mapping, service blueprinting, concept development, and prototyping.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to create clarity and direction when scope is not fully defined.

  • Technology and data fluency, with familiarity using AI, analytics, and data optimization to inform or improve experiences.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling, practical experiences.

  • Excellent facilitation, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across business, product, technology, data, and design teams.

  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.

  • Ability and willingness to work onsite as preferred for the engagement.
