* Lead the design and implementation of ERP data migration for a range of customers including enterprise-level organizations. * Trusted Advisor: serve as primary technical consultant to guide clients through structured migration workflows, ensuring clarity, confidence, and compliance. * Ownership: own Data Migration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with minimal supervision. * Established Tools and Processes: leverage structured, reusable assets and tools for efficiency and automation. * Communication: communicate with confidence with clients at all levels, including senior stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success. * Requirements Gathering: Serve as the bridge between requirements and technical implementation by translating business requirements into technical specifications. * Collaboration: Partner effectively across a global team, including consultants, project managers, Deltek partners and subcontractors, and cloud operations. In addition to a close working relationship with the developers who build the customer solutions you own. * Change management: support our customers through change and confidently engage with senior stakeholders. * Quality Assurance: Drive customer satisfaction and maintain governance standards by applying established quality and testing protocols. * Leverage AI-first methodology throughout the project lifecycle: use AI-powered tools for requirements analysis, specification generation, code review, data mapping, testing automation, and documentation creation. * Continuous Improvement: proactively engage in continuous improvement by recommending tooling, automation, and best practices. * Mentoring: support and coach junior members of the team. * Proven expertise in ERP systems: deep functional knowledge of working with ERP platforms. * Functional knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred * 5-8 years' experience in ERP Data Migration: proven track record in leading and delivering ERP data migrations using pre-defined templates, mapping libraries, ETL processes and validation protocols. * Excellent client-facing communication skills, including confidently leading customer-facing sessions and presenting technical solutions to all levels, including senior stakeholders. * Presentation Skills: Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills across diverse business contexts. * Analytical and Problem-Solving Expertise: strong ability to diagnose complex business challenges, assess alternative solutions, and independently recommend the most effective course of action. * Strong background in solution architecture and technical design with demonstrated track record in successful implementations of technical solutions. * Strong specification writing skills: Demonstrated ability to create precise, comprehensive design specifications that enable customer approval and developer implementation without ambiguity. * Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining client relationships. * Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and Copilot for business solutions. * Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural differences and regional business practices. US Citizenship Required for this position Technical Skills: * Data Analysis: Ability to understand and analyses data at granular levels * SQL Proficiency: Intermediate T-SQL skills for data querying and analysis * Data Modelling: Conceptual understanding of data structures and relationships * Soft Skills * SQL Management Tools: SQL Server Management Studio * Data Analysis Tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau * Documentation Tools: Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, qTest * Project Management: JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner * Communication Tools: Teams * Version Control: GitHub (basic understanding) * Proven success in ERP data conversion, especially in Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, or Professional Services sectors. * Experience with web services, XML, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (AWS S3, Azure). * Familiarity with Airflow and metadata-driven automation. Preferred Skills and Experience: * Experience applying standardized frameworks for data conversion and consultant enablement. * Knowledge of professional services compliance and reporting requirements. * Understanding of change management principles and their application in ERP implementations. Success Criteria for the Role * Specification Quality: Deliver customer-friendly specifications with a high first-time approval rate across all engagement types, minimizing rework through clear scoping and well-defined requirements. * Execution: projects consistently completed within agreed timelines with proactive risk management and minimal scope creep. * Quality: consistently deliver with low defects; successful UAT sign-offs and minimal iterations. * Customer satisfaction: consistently receive positive feedback on communication, technical expertise, and solution quality from customers of all sizes. * AI Adoption: demonstrate efficiency gains through AI usage including faster specification writing, improved code quality, automated testing. The U.S. salary range for this position is $72,000.00-$127,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
