Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Application Packaging Tools, PowerShell, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 10/11, Entra ID. Roles & Responsibilities Package, repackage, test, and deploy Windows applications using industry-standard packaging tools. Create, customize, and maintain silent installation packages (MSI, EXE, MSIX, IntuneWin, App-V, etc.). Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for application installation, configuration, detection logic, remediation, and automation. Perform application compatibility testing across multiple Windows operating systems and device configurations. Troubleshoot application installation, deployment, configuration, and compatibility issues. Build and maintain application packaging documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures. Support Windows OS deployment and imaging activities for Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices. Coordinate directly with application requestors, business stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements, identify technical dependencies, and provide deployment updates. Validate application packages in test environments through JIRA testing workflows prior to production deployment. Ensure compliance with software licensing, security standards, and enterprise deployment policies. Collaborate with endpoint management teams to support application lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
