Job Description Experience: Extensive senior-level enterprise application development experience Primary Skill: Kafka Service Offering: Application Development Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills - Angular - Java/J2EE - Spring Boot - REST APIs - Microservices architecture - Kafka or comparable messaging/event-streaming platforms - Oracle and/or SQL Server Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive enterprise application development experience and strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and Kafka. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer capable of designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable enterprise applications. The role will focus on modern web applications, API and microservices development, event-driven architecture, and integration with internal and third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using Angular and Java/J2EE. - Build scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. - Design, develop, and maintain secure and reusable REST APIs. - Develop event-driven applications and integrations using Kafka or similar messaging technologies. - Design integrations between enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms. - Contribute to application modernization and integration initiatives. - Work closely with business, architecture, and technology teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. - Ensure applications and services are scalable, secure, maintainable, and reliable. - Participate in solution design and architecture discussions for enterprise applications and integrations. - Conduct code reviews and promote development standards and engineering best practices. - Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide production support as required. - Work effectively within Agile development teams, collaborating throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Skills - Extensive full-stack and enterprise application development experience, including senior-level ownership of complex solutions. - Strong hands-on experience with Angular. - Strong expertise in Java/J2EE. - Hands-on development experience with Spring Boot. - Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable messaging/event-streaming platforms. - Strong experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server. - Experience developing enterprise applications and integration solutions. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Desired / Good-to-Have Skills - Jira REST API integration experience. - Knowledge of the Atlassian/Jira ecosystem. - Experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes. - Experience with API Gateway technologies. - Exposure to enterprise integration and application modernization initiatives.
