Job Description Role Summary The QA Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end functional testing activities, including test strategy, planning, functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release validation. The candidate should also have experience leading onsite/offshore QA teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting release go/no-go decisions, and working closely with automation teams for regression coverage. Job Description Own and manage the Master Test Plan and overall test strategy for releases, programs, and sprint cycles. Review business requirements, process documents, SRS, wireframes, and user stories to identify test scenarios and ensure clear acceptance criteria. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and testing scope. Maintain requirements traceability to ensure complete coverage across requirements, test scenarios, test cases, and defects. Define test entry and exit criteria, test environment needs, test data requirements, and risk-based testing priorities. Design, review, and maintain detailed functional test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
