Site Reliability Engineer
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynatrace, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, dashboards, alerting, distributed tracing, service flows, and DQL.
- Experience with Splunk, L3 Production Support, SRE/DevOps, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Java/Spring Boot, .NET, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, Linux/Windows, databases, middleware, network, and infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Azure, and release/change management.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills with ability to support on-call production activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for highly available, customer-facing applications and ensure application availability, performance, scalability, and resiliency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using Dynatrace and Splunk, including application performance, distributed traces, logs, infrastructure metrics, and service dependencies.
- Lead/support critical incident resolution, RCA, problem management, recovery actions, and permanent corrective measures.
- Support application releases, CI/CD pipelines, hotfixes, change management, post-deployment validation, and production stabilization.
- Automate monitoring, deployment, health checks, and operational activities while driving SRE practices, observability, resiliency, and continuous improvement.
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year #LI-OJ1 Location
