  • Support business development initiatives, including opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and strategic business partners.

  • Provide operational and technical guidance during bidding and proposal development to ensure realistic schedules, staffing plans, and pricing assumptions.

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, regulatory compliance, project risk management, and safety standards.

  • Excellent executive communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make effective decisions in complex construction environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management or financial systems such as Deltek, Costpoint, Unanet, or similar platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent construction leadership experience.

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if not already held.

  • Willingness to travel to construction sites, customer locations, company offices, and industry events as required.
