LDP Project Coordinator
The LDP Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of the company's global learning and development program. This involves collaborating with departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful programming for the annual development Week.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet, to support project plans, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with staff to identify necessary tasks for project completion.
* Facilitate project execution by monitoring tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks and aiding in the development and implementation of contingency plans.
* Communicate project status through standard reports and participation in departmental and customer meetings.
* Address and resolve project issues by collaborating with team members, project stakeholders, and relevant parties.
* Collaborate with the program manager by providing project management expertise and assisting workstream leads in implementing effective project management practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
* Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
* Capable of interacting with colleagues and clients at all organizational levels.
