Job Summary Benjamin Moore is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to support our IT and Marketing teams representing almost 200 employees. This critical thinker will collaborate and partner with team members and leaders to ensure sound decision-making that affects our greatest asset, our employees. As an experienced HR professional, you will be empowered to assist in enriching the employee experience, employing proactive talent management strategies, and amplifying our company culture.
