D219 University Course: SEED Instructor Job Description

Position Title: SEED Instructor

Pay: Stipend pay for work done during school year, hourly pay for training during summer

Reports To: Chief Equity Officer

Job Requirements:

• Must have completed SEED year-long course at D219

Essential Functions:

• Attend Summer Intensive New Leader SEED training if new to SEED instruction

• Plan and facilitate Monthly SEED trainings

• Collaborate with other SEED trainers from both in-district and partnering SEED organizations

• Manage SEED related communications

Calendar: Varies as Needed: Week Long Summer Intensive Training, Fall semester, Spring semester

Hours Per Week: Approximately 3 hours per week

Building: North and West

Performance Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the District evaluation procedures.
