Operations Internship (Monroe, WI) 6208BR Wisconsin Job Description The Operations Internship will begin in May and end in December 2025. As an Operations Intern, you'll collaborate closely with Supervisors and Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products and gifts through our facility. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality and efficiency across the department. Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating Daily Warehouse Functions: Work alongside Supervisors to manage daily operations. * Training Temporary Employees: Assist in onboarding and training new team members. * Researching Efficiency Improvements: Evaluate current operations and explore new strategies for increased efficiency. * Updating Operational Procedures: Review and refine procedures to optimize the production environment. * Communicating Progress: Keep Supervisors informed about the status of ongoing work throughout your shift. Qualifications We are looking for motivated individuals who can provide clear and concise instructions and have a solid understanding of supervisory procedures and concepts. Ideally, you are pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Production or Operations Management, Industrial Technology Management, Business Management, General Management, or related fields. Additionally, we seek candidates who: Are in their Junior or Senior year, though recent graduates are also welcome to apply. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher. Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate a diverse team. *Are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
