What Will You Do

MID-CO is a leading provider of grain market solutions and agricultural services. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value and expertise to our clients and affiliates within the GROWMARK network. As a Commodity Risk Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing market insights, developing merchandising strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients and partners.

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned futures accounts, providing market information, analysis, and hedging opportunities.
  • Develop new accounts and deliver excellent service to existing complex accounts.
  • Contribute to the production of informational materials and maintain historical market data.
  • Assist in educational meetings and seminars, presenting market outlooks and hedging strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations on spread and hedge strategy.

What Skills are Required

  • Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in agricultural marketing.
  • Registration with the NFA as an AP or qualified for the same within three months of assuming the position.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and customer focus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel independently and overnight.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
